On April 3, 2006, the Tustin City Council unanimously approved a Disposition and Development Agreement with Tustin Legacy Community Partners (TLCP), LLC. for the development of approximately 822 acres at the former Tustin Marine Corps Air Station, now know as Tustin Legacy, a master planned community.  To review the PDF document, click here.
