The City of Tustin closed escrow today on 59 acres at the Tustin Legacy (formerly MCAS Tustin) to Vestar/Kimco Tustin, a California Limited Partnership for development of the Phase One of a one million square foot retail project.

The City of Tustin has negotiated the sale of 87 acres at the Tustin Legacy project to Vestar/Kimco Tustin, a California Limited Partnership for development of a 1 million square foot retail project identified as , "The District at Tustin Legacy".
