Two New Community / Neighborhood Parks
At the present time, it is anticipated that the parks will be developed to support a number of active recreational uses including softball, soccer, basketball, tennis courts, a community center, a perimeter jog-walk course.
Urban Regional Park
Located within the Urban Regional Park is the North Blimp Hangar. This 60-year-old, 170-foot-tall wooden hangar has a seven-acre interior space footprint and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Community and Neighborhood Parks
25 acre Community Park and two 5 acre Neighborhood Parks for public park and recreation purposes.
